This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Drive Safe Limousine LLC (“Drive Safe”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles booking cancellations, changes, and refunds. By making a booking with us, you agree to the conditions stated below.
1. General Policy
Drive Safe Limousine LLC values transparency and customer satisfaction. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate modifications or cancellations whenever possible. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation and the type of booking made.
2. Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel their bookings using any of the following methods:

To avoid cancellation charges, please ensure that your cancellation request is submitted within the allowed time frame listed below.
a. Standard Bookings
- 12 hours or more before pickup: Full refund of booking amount.
- Between 12 to 3 hours before pickup: 50% refund of booking amount.
- Less than 3 hours before pickup or no-show: No refund applicable.
b. Hourly / Daily Bookings
- 24 hours or more before scheduled time: Full refund.
- Within 24 hours of scheduled time: 50% refund may apply depending on circumstances and vehicle assignment.
c. Airport Transfers
- 6 hours or more before scheduled pickup: Full refund.
- Less than 6 hours or in case of no-show: No refund.
3. Delays or Service Issues
If a service delay or cancellation occurs due to Drive Safe Limousine LLC’s fault (for example, vehicle breakdown or driver unavailability), customers are entitled to either:
- A full refund, or
- A rescheduled booking at no additional cost.
Drive Safe Limousine LLC will make every effort to provide prompt communication and a replacement vehicle when possible.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. Bank or payment gateway timelines may vary.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
Certain fees are non-refundable, including:
- Transaction or payment gateway fees.
- Government or toll charges incurred during the booking process.
- Additional waiting time or stopover fees already provided.
6. Modifications and Rebooking
- Customers may modify booking times or destinations at least 3 hours before pickup, subject to vehicle availability.
- Price differences, if any, will be applied during modification.
- If the new booking is of lower value, standard refund rules will apply for the difference.
7. No-Show Policy
If the customer fails to appear at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time (without prior notice), the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
8. Force Majeure
Drive Safe Limousine LLC is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic disruptions, natural disasters, or government restrictions. Refunds in such cases will be assessed individually.
