These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Drive Safe Limousine LLC (“Drive Safe”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) including our limousine, chauffeur, and fleet booking services within the United Arab Emirates. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Offered
Drive Safe Limousine LLC provides luxury limousine and chauffeur-driven transport services across the UAE, including:
- Airport Transfers
- Hourly and Daily Chauffeur Bookings
- City Tours
- Inter-City Transfers
- Corporate and Event Transportation
Fleet includes: BYD Han, Lexus ES300h, Mercedes EQE 350+, Tesla Model Y, and Model 3.
3. Booking and Confirmation
- Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp (+971 50 295 8421), or by calling +971 4 8841222.
- A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit (if applicable) is received and a confirmation message or email is issued.
- The customer must ensure that all details provided (pickup time, date, location, and passenger count) are accurate.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments can be made via online payment, cash, or POS at the time of service.
- Corporate clients may request monthly invoicing with prior approval.
- Drive Safe reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received before the scheduled service.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup may incur a 50% charge.
- No refund is available for cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled service or for no-shows.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
6. Service Conditions
- All vehicles are operated by licensed and professional chauffeurs in accordance with UAE RTA regulations.
- The passenger must comply with UAE laws, including the prohibition of smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances in vehicles.
- Drive Safe reserves the right to refuse service if the passenger is found unfit, intoxicated, or behaving in a threatening manner.
- Child seats are available upon request and must be requested at the time of booking.
7. Delays and Force Majeure
Drive Safe Limousine LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, or unforeseen incidents.
- Events beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, or accidents.
In such cases, Drive Safe will make every reasonable effort to minimize disruption.
8. Liability
- Drive Safe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, missed flights, or loss of personal items.
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings during the trip.
- Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total fare paid for the affected booking.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Passengers must be ready at the pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Additional waiting charges may apply after the grace period of 15 minutes.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may result in repair charges.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Drive Safe Limousine LLC values your privacy and handles all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only collect and process data necessary to provide our services and ensure your safety.
11. Amendments
Drive Safe Limousine LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and the latest version will apply to all new bookings.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
